Yoo Young-chul was born on April 18th, 1970 and was executed on June 19th, 2005. Young-chul was an unexpected, unwanted baby hated by his mother. He lived with his father, a Vietnamese War veteran, in poverty. As an adult, he was divorced by his wife and his dreams of a happy family were crushed. This was the fatal point that lead to his famous killing spree of over 20 people.

Profile
Most victims included prostitutes and rich old men. Driven by his hatred of women after his divorce, and his hatred of the rich after painful memories of his childhood, he murdered over 20 people. His acts were deemed the worst serial killings in the history of Korea. Other than his mass murders, he was sent to jail numerous times because of rape, theft, and for brutally clubbing dogs to death. He also confessed to cannibalism, sometimes eating the livers of his victims after their death.
